Construction Monitoring & Reporting

We offers construction monitoring & reporting services for small scale of construction projects such as renovation of coffee shop, small warehouse. We will assist  project owners to oversee the projects on a routine or milestone basis, with systematic observation of the project activities. 

Any problems found are identified and reported prior to becoming major problems. The monitoring report can be made tailored to each individual client’s requirements.

 

Our monitoring & reporting services cover the following:

• Audit construction operation 2-3 times/week, depending on client’s requirements
• Deliver monitoring report to clients every week
• Provide advice on construction problems.
