    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and manage project schedule to ensure project completion within schedule.
    • Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project untill project is completed.
    • Report on project status and take appropriate actions to ensure project progress is on schedule.
    • Project budget management
    • Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 2 years experiences in in Construction.
    • Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
    • Fully precast and building construction experiences is preferred
    • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
    • Convenient to work upcountry
    • Own a car

    • Proposes and manages the marketing budget
    • Currently runs digital marketing campaigns in-house and with an agency
    • Coordinate all marketing activities

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
    • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
    • Experience in real estate or construction marketing is an advantage
    • Certifications for Google Ads, Google Analytics Individual Qualification (IQ), social media management are advantages
    • Agency experience is an advantage
